Oriental Orange Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 3 carrots, cut into thin strips
- 1 can (10 oz) Aylmer Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 tsp. grated orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 2/3 cups prepared Minute Rice Brand Rice
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
- Brown chicken and carrots in oil in frypan over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir IN remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Bring to boil, simmer over low heat 3 minutes.
- Sever over cooked rice.
- Top with green onion if desired.
