Oriental Orange Chicken

  1. Brown chicken and carrots in oil in frypan over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Stir IN remaining ingredients until smooth.
  3. Bring to boil, simmer over low heat 3 minutes.
  4. Sever over cooked rice.
  5. Top with green onion if desired.
