Luscious Strawberry Bread

• 1 12 cups flour
• 12 teaspoon baking soda
• 12 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 1 (10 ounce) box frozen strawberries, thawed
• 34 cup vegetable oil
• 34 cup chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 325*.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add eggs, strawberries and oil and mix until just combined.
4. Fold in nuts and pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
5. Bake for 1 hour or until center tests done.
