Lemon Freeze

  1. Combine, cereal, sugar, butter, and coconut.
  2. Press crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees, for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove and cool.
  5. Break up crumbs into bite size pieces.
  6. Like a large crumble.
  7. Prepare pie filling, according to the pkg.
  8. directions using 1 3/4 cups whole milk.
  9. Fold into softened ice cream.
  10. Fold crumb mixture into pudding, ice cream mixture.
  11. Place back into 9 x 13 pan.
  12. Cover and fregrigerate.
  13. Cut into squares, or spoon into custard bowls.
