Linda's Herb-Crusted Roast Pork Tenderloin

  1. To Prepare The Rub:.
  2. Mix ingredients together well.
  3. To Prepare Roast:.
  4. Preheat oven to 350.
  5. Rub the pork roast with herb and garlic rub.
  6. Brown pork tenderloin in a hot saute pan with butter and olive oil, then remove, and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Place on rack and roast at 350, allowing air to vent underneath for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Roast to 155 degrees.
  9. Pull out of oven.
  10. Let rest prior to slicing, about 10 minutes.
  11. Slice, and serve.
