Chicken Chablis Recipe

  1. Parboil chicken (approximately 20-30 min), remove from bone and break into bite-size pcs.
  2. Place chicken in large baking dish.
  3. Cover with cubed cheese.
  4. Mix together soup and wine; pour over chicken and cheese.
  5. Cover lightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 min at 350 degrees.
  6. Let stand 10 min.
  7. Serve over white rice.
