Creamy Spinach

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in cream cheese spread, milk and pepper; cook on low heat 1 to 2 min.
  5. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.
  6. Add 1/3 of the spinach; cook 2 min.
  7. or just until wilted, stirring frequently.
  8. Add remaining spinach, in batches, cooking and stirring 1 to 2 min.
  9. after each addition just until wilted.
