Teriyaki Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 4 tbsp. gingerroot
- 1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
- Parsley sprigs
- Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
- Place salmon fillets on rack in broiling pan.
- In cup, mix teriyaki sauce, gingerroot, and sesame oil.
- Brush mixture over salmon fillets.
- Broil salmon 3 to 5 inches from source of heat, without turning, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs.
