Lambburgers
- 2 lb lamb, ground
- 1 lb beef, ground
- 7 hamburger buns
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce or, your favorite
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce, optional
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 stick butter, butter
- Mix the beef , marjoram, lamb, salt and pepper
- Form into patties grill on the grill, till done.
- Right before pulling them off grill add melted butter to both sides.
- Careful the flames will jump up!
- Serve on bun with steak sauce , tomato, and tzatziki sauce, if you use.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
