Lambburgers

• 2 lb lamb, ground
• 1 lb beef, ground
• 7 hamburger buns
• 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
• 3 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup Heinz 57 steak sauce or, your favorite
• 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce, optional
• 1 tbsp marjoram
• 1 stick butter, butter

1. Mix the beef , marjoram, lamb, salt and pepper
2. Form into patties grill on the grill, till done.
3. Right before pulling them off grill add melted butter to both sides.
4. Careful the flames will jump up!
5. Serve on bun with steak sauce , tomato, and tzatziki sauce, if you use.
6. Serve hope you enjoy!
