Chicken Taco Bake
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 pkg. (16.35 oz.) TACO BELL Soft Tortilla Taco Dinner Kit
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 10 min.
- or until done, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in Seasoning Mix and sour cream.
- Spray 12x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray; cover bottom of dish with 5 Tortillas.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; cover with chicken mixture and remaining tortillas.
- Drizzle with Taco Sauce.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
- or until melted.
