Alexander Espresso

  1. Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso and let sit for 1 minute.
  2. Add creme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
  3. Pour into demitasse cups.
  4. Top with a bit of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
