Alexander Espresso
- 4 ounces espresso
- 12 cinnamon stick (3-inch long)
- 4 teaspoons Creme de Cacao
- 2 teaspoons brandy
- whipped cream
- grated semisweet chocolate (to garnish)
- Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso and let sit for 1 minute.
- Add creme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
- Pour into demitasse cups.
- Top with a bit of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
