Cherry Yum Yum Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 (12 ounce.) bowl Cold Whip
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 sm. can Pet lowfat milk, chilled
- 1 lg. can cherry pie filling (alternates: blueberry, strawberry or possibly fruit cocktail with peach slices)
- CRUST: Heat 1/2 stick butter, combine graham cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp.
- of sugar.
- Mix well sufficient till cracker crumbs are moist and stick together.
- Press into buttered casserole dish and chill.
- FILLING: Mash cream cheese with fork and stir in sugar.
- Whip the chilled Pet lowfat milk and Cold Whip.
- Blend all together till mix is smooth.
- Pour mix into graham cracker crust and let refrigeratefor about 30 min before topping with pie filling.
- Sprinkle top of dessert with remaining 2 Tbsp.
- of graham cracker crumbs.
- Eat and enjoy!
