Fish and chips
- 500 grams of fish fille, cut into 4 servings pieces
- 1 eeg
- 1/2 cup of four
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp allspice seasoning
- In the heating pan add butter and bread crumbs then add all spice seasoning stir and mixed well set aside
- Beat the eeg in the bowl .
- Seasoning the fish with salt and pepper then roll the fish in four then into the eeg.
- Coat the fish in bread crumbs press tightly then fry in frying pot till golden brown.
