Fish and chips

  1. In the heating pan add butter and bread crumbs then add all spice seasoning stir and mixed well set aside
  2. Beat the eeg in the bowl .
  3. Seasoning the fish with salt and pepper then roll the fish in four then into the eeg.
  4. Coat the fish in bread crumbs press tightly then fry in frying pot till golden brown.
