Mom'S No Guilt Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a large bowl, combine egg and all vegetables.
  3. Stir. Add cheese and stir again.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  5. Test doneness by inserting knife in center of quiche.
  6. If knife comes out clean, quiche is done.
  7. Otherwise return to oven and check again in 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
  9. Serve with warm breadsticks.
