Double-Bourbon-Pecan Pudding

  1. Make Double Chocolate Pudding, adding 2 tablespoons bourbon along with milk and cream.
  2. While it chills, whip heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon until soft peaks form.
  3. Alternate layers of pudding and whipped cream in each of 4 glasses.
  4. Top with whipped cream and toasted pecans.
