Double-Bourbon-Pecan Pudding
- Double Chocolate Pudding
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. bourbon
- toasted pecans
- Make Double Chocolate Pudding, adding 2 tablespoons bourbon along with milk and cream.
- While it chills, whip heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon until soft peaks form.
- Alternate layers of pudding and whipped cream in each of 4 glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and toasted pecans.
