Vegan Goddess Dressing
- 12 cup raw cashews
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon miso
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- fresh herb
- In a small saucepan bring 2 cups water to boil.
- Remove from heat, add cashews, cover, and set aside for 30+ minutes.
- Drain cashews.
- Place all ingredients in a blender along with some fresh herbs-chives, tarragon and chervil or parsley for a traditional Green Goddess, or substitute the lemon juice for lime juice and add jalapenos, green onions, and cilantro for something with a bit more kick.
- Blend until smooth.
