Banana Coffee Cooler

• 1 cup cold brewed double-strength MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
• 1 large ripe banana, sliced
• 1 pt. vanilla ice cream (2 cups), softened
• 2 to 4 Tbsp. rum (optional)

1. Place coffee and banana in blender container; cover.
2. Blend on high speed until well blended.
3. Add ice cream and rum; cover.
4. Blend until thickened.
5. Pour into chilled tall glasses.
6. Serve immediately.
