  1. Cook sauce and vegetables in skillet on medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, stack meat on microwaveable plate; top with cheese.
  3. Microwave on high 30 seconds or until cheese is melted
  4. Spread cut sides of roll with dressing; fill with meat and vegetable mixture.Each serving provides: 6%DV Vitamin A, 6%DV Vitamin C, 25% DV Calcium, and 20%DV Iron.
