Acapulco

• 2 ounces light rum
• 14 ounce triple sec
• 12 ounce lime juice
• 12 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 12 egg white
• mint leaf

1. Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Tear mint leaves and add to drink.
