Low Fat Pasta Salad
- 1 Cucumber (peeled & quartered)
- 1 packages Grape Tomatoes (I cut mine in half)
- 1 Green Pepper (Chopped)
- 1 box Whole Wheat Pasta (Cooked according to package)
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing
- 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- Prepare pasta according to box.
- Mix your Good Seasons Italian Dressing as directed, using the balsamic vinegar and olive oil..
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- I find it's better the next day, so if you can, let it chill overnight.
