Cinnamon-Glazed Carrots
- 1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
- Combine carrots and water in 10-inch skillet.
- Cover; cook over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until carrots are crisply tender.
- Uncover; stir in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
