Sante Fe Chicken

  1. Peel avocado and cut into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Place in medium bowl with tomatoes, onion, garlic and cilantro.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss gently, cover and refrigerate.
