Salisbury Steak Loaf Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. each minced onion, parsley
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon each pepper, nutmeg, sage
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c.lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Combine first 11 ingredients in bowl, mixing well.
- Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Combine soup, butter, lowfat milk and garlic salt in bowl; mixing well.
- Pour over loaf.
- Bake for 20 min longer.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
