Chik'n Reuben Sandwich
- 1 frozen BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Patty
- 1/4 cup CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut, drained
- 1 KRAFT Extra Thin Swiss Cheese Slice
- 2 slices rye bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Thousand Island Dressing
- Cook patty in medium nonstick skillet as directed on package, adding sauerkraut to the skillet for the last minute and stirring sauerkraut occasionally.
- Top patty with cheese; cover.
- Cook 1 min.
- or until cheese is melted and sauerkraut is heated through.
- Spread 1 toast slice with dressing; top with sauerkraut, patty and remaining toast slice.
