Grilled Cheese & Tomato with Raspberries
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 medium tomato, sliced, divided
- 1 cup fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed if frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 1 , Favorite Flavor
- 1 pouch , or 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Heat small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Spread 1 slice of bread with 1 tsp.
- margarine; place margarine side down in pan; top with cheese slices, then 1 slice of tomato.
- Spread remaining slice of bread with remaining margarine and place on top of tomato slice, margarine side up.
- Brown sandwich on both sides.
- Arrange spinach on plate; top with remaining tomatoes.
- Blend basil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl; drizzle over salad.
- Enjoy a dish of gelatin topped with raspberries and whipped topping for dessert.
