Beef Paprikash

  1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  2. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add half the meat; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  4. or until evenly browned.
  5. Transfer to bowl.
  6. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.
  7. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  8. Meanwhile, heat Italian dressing in same skillet on medium heat.
  9. Add next 4 ingredients; cook 12 min.
  10. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  11. Stir in broth and peas; simmer 2 min.
  12. or just until peas are tender.
  13. Add meat; cook 1 to 2 min.
  14. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  15. Stir in Miracle Whip until well blended.
  16. Drain noodles.
  17. Serve topped with meat mixture and tomatoes.
