Lori's Pork Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven 425.
  2. Puree the olives, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, vinegar, oil, parmesan and pepper.
  3. Pound out pork slices to a 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Divide olive mix among.
  5. Roll each up tightly.
  6. Secure with toothpicks.
  7. Place on a sprayed baking sheet.
  8. Bake 20 minutes.
