Creamy Garden Mashed Potatoes

• 2 lb. red potatoes (about 6), cut into chunks
• 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Garden Vegetable 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
• 1/2 cup fat-free milk
• 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.
2. or until tender.
3. Drain potatoes well; return to saucepan.
4. Add remaining ingredients; mash until light and fluffy.
