Zesty Lemon and Rosemary Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Line the bottom of your baking dish with the fresh lemon balm leaves.
  3. ( you can use Basil leaves , sage leaves , whatever you like!)
  4. Place your choice of chicken on top of leaves and season with your favorite spices.
  5. Place sprigs of rosemary between chicken pieces.
  6. Spread them out through out the dish.
  7. Spread you zest of half a lemon over chicken evenly.
  8. Cover and bake for 45 min to 1 hour depending on your choice of chicken.
  9. Make sure chicken is cooked all the way through.
  10. You can remove the Rosmary and lemon balm leaves when serving.
  11. Enjoy!
