MARBLE CUPCAKES
- 200 grams Soft Butter
- 200 grams Caster Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 175 grams Self Raising Flour
- 50 grams Cocoa Powder
- Pre-heat oven to 170c and place cake cases in a muffin tin.
- We are going to make TWO SEPARATE CAKE MIXES one chocolate and one normal.
- Split the ingriedients into two separate bowls EXCEPT THE COCOA POWDER
- Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs, making sure you stir it good
- Sift the flour into both bowls.
- ADD THE COCOA PODWER TO ONE OF THE MIXES!

- Fold the flour into the mix until its all mixed and has a dropping consistancy (dropping of the spoon)
- Now what i did was put the separate mixes into jugs so it makes it easier to pour in!
- First pour in the normal cake mix just up to half way.
- Next pour in the chocolate mix so it fills it right up!
- Bake them for 20 mins and enjoy!!
