Ground Beef Teriyaki Recipe
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 4 green onions, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. carrots, cut into strips
- 1 med. green pepper, cut into 1 inch sq.
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can mushroom gravy
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd red pepper
- In skillet over medium heat, cook onions, celery, carrots and green pepper in warm oil till tender-crisp, stirring often.
- Remove vegetables to bowl.
- In same skillet, cook beef till browned.
- Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper.
- Add in cooked vegetables.
- Heat to boiling.
- Serve over rice.
