Apricot Jello Salad Recipe
- 20 ounce Crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 sm Apricot jello--dry
- 8 ounce Light cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounce Cold Whip Lite
- Boil first three ingredients in saucepan.
- Cold.
- (It's important which this mix is completely cold before adding the rest of the ingredients.)
- Beat in cream cheese and cold whip.
- Chill.
