Olive Stuffed Cheese Biscuits
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Soft Butter
- 1- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Red Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Jar Of Pitted And Stuffed Whole Green Olives, Drained
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine all of the ingredients except for the olives.
- Pinch off a small amount of the dough and form into a 1 inch ball.
- Press an olive into the center of the dough ball and wrap the dough around the olive, making sure the olive is completely covered.
- Arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- These freeze very well unbaked.
