Quick Dish - Daikon Radish to the Rescue

  1. For the daikon, I used the spicy root tip, but I recommend using the top.
  2. Slice into 7-8 cm sticks.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, then saute the daikon sticks on medium-high heat.
  4. When they start to become translucent, sprinkle dashi stock granules, then drizzle soy sauce into the pan from the sides.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with shaved bonito and white sesame seeds, then serve!
  6. How fast is that?
  7. If you have shiso leaves, slice and sprinkle on top!
  8. That will add a nice touch, and a tasty accent.

radish, sesame oil, granules, soy sauce, flakes, white sesame seeds, shiso leaves
