Gnocchi Al Gorgonzola (Sauce)

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to a boil and warm a bowl.
  2. Put gorgazola into bowl with butter and a pinch of pepper and blend until creamy with a wooden spoon.
  3. Stir in parmesan and heated cream.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. Add gnocchi carefully to boiling water.
  6. Stir and cook briskly.
  7. When they come to surface, remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to bowl with the sauce.
  8. Stir well to coat with sauce and serve immediately.
