Grilled Taco Burgers

  1. Place corn chips in a zip lock baggie and crush fine.
  2. (or you can use a food processor)
  3. Mix corn chips salsa and seasonings well.
  4. Then mix in the hamburger.
  5. When mixed, make 4 equal size patties .
  6. (can be made a day in advance) Put a deep dimple in the center of the burger patties.
  7. Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
  8. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side, flip and cook another 5 or 6 minutes.
  9. Add a blended of cheese just before removing.
  10. Let burgers rest for a few minutes then cut in half.
  11. Heat flour tortilla shells briefly, add burger half add lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
  12. Serving suggestion - Taco Nacho Burger.
  13. Serve on a toasted bun with easy nacho cheese sauce, jalapenos and crushed corn chips.
