Mango Bubbly
- 1 mango
- 2 ounces sugar syrup
- 2 ounces malibu mango rum
- 4 ounces absolut mango vodka
- 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, Chilled
- Blend Mango, Sugar Syrup, Mango Rum, and Mango Vodka in a blender to make a puree.
- Chill puree in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Add 1.5 oz of puree to a Champagne glass and top with chilled Champagne.
