Beef Curry Recipe

  1. Cube and brown round steak; set aside.
  2. Chop and saute/fry vegetables till tender but not brown.
  3. Stir in garlic, curry and ginger.
  4. Add in bouillon and previously browned meat.
  5. Add in sufficient flour to attain the consistency desired.
  6. Serve over rice and offer condiments as toppings.
  7. If you use all of the condiments together, you will be amazed at the wonderful flavor.
  8. Serves 6.
