Lemon Snowflake Cookies

• 1 box Lemon cake mix
• 1 box Lemon pudding
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
• 2 cup Confectioners sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Beat cake mix, pudding, egg, and whipped topping with mixer on medium speed, until well blended.
3. Batter will be sticky.
4. Drop batter by spoonfuls into confectioners sugar and roll to coat.
5. Place cookies onto greased baking sheet,(coat with vegetable oil then coat with flour).
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
