Beef Bar-B-Q

  1. Cut
  2. beef
  3. into
  4. 5 or 6 chunks.
  5. Place in Dutch oven or roaster.
  6. Combine
  7. all
  8. other
  9. ingredients
  10. and
  11. pour over the meat.
  12. Heat to boiling on top of the range.
  13. Cover and bake at 300u0b0 for
  14. 6 hours or until meat is tender enough to shred with a fork.
  15. Remove
  16. fat
  17. and
  18. bone and pull the meat into shreds with a fork.
  19. If sauce is too "soupy", cook until thick enough to spoon onto buns.
  20. Makes enough for 30 to 40 servings.
