Hot Chili Cheese Dip
- 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 34 cup sour cream
- 1 cup picante sauce (can use salsa)
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
- 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce, can use more (I like Krystal's)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Directions:.
- Add cream cheese and sour cream in your blender.
- Mix together until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Taste to adjust seasonings if necessary.
