Chicken & Grape Salad

  1. Mix grated orange peel with dressing in medium bowl.
  2. (Save oranges for dessert.)
  3. Add chicken, grapes, and celery; toss lightly.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  6. Toss in lettuce just before serving.
  7. Split evenly among 4 plates and sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
  8. Serve each salad with 4 crackers and 2 SNACKWELL'S cookies.
  9. Enjoy an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
