Chicken & Grape Salad
- 4 medium oranges, peel washed and grated
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
- 12 oz. , cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups red or green grapes, halved
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cups PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels
- 16
- 8 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Mix grated orange peel with dressing in medium bowl.
- (Save oranges for dessert.)
- Add chicken, grapes, and celery; toss lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Toss in lettuce just before serving.
- Split evenly among 4 plates and sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
- Serve each salad with 4 crackers and 2 SNACKWELL'S cookies.
- Enjoy an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
