Green Chili Hash Browns with Ham and Cheese
- 1 bag Frozen Hash Browns (1 Pound 10 Ounce Bag)
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom
- 2 cups Ham, Cooked, Cubed
- 1/2 cups Green Chili, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1- 1/2 cup Any Shredded Cheese, Divided
- Green Onions, Chopped (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350F and spray nonstick spray on a 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix together everything but 1 cup of the cheese and the green onions.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Let the casserole sit 5 minutes before slicing.
- Sprinkle green onions on top and serve!
