Chicken Rice Dinner(One Dish Meal)

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken pieces.
  2. In skillet (medium heat), brown chicken in oil.
  3. Place rice in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan (ungreased).
  4. Sprinkle with onions, top with mushrooms.
  5. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour over all.
  6. Place chicken pieces on top.
  7. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until chicken pieces run clear and rice is tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Serve with "Marinated Garden Salad." Serves 5.
