Ras Malai.

  1. Pour the milk in a big pan,
  2. Add the sugar, part of the Saffron,+ the whole cardamoms.
  3. Bring the milk to boil.
  4. Meanwhile, combine the milk powder, oil, baking powder, the remainimg saffron, the crushed cardamoms &the egg.
  5. Mix well till it forms a nice dough.
  6. Make small balls out of the dough.
  7. As soon as finished making balls, put them gently in the boiling milk, lower the heat a little, so that the milk doesn't overflow & keep turning them gently, BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THEM.
  8. When the balls start rising, lower the heat a little & keep stirring GENTLY.
  9. Cook for about 7-8 more minutes.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Transfer into a serving dish & garnish with sliced almonds & pistacchios.
  12. Refrigerate after cooling it completely.
  13. Serve cold.
