Tandoori Parcels With Tzatziki
- 500g skinless chicken fillets, cooked and finely chopped Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter beans
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tandoori paste
- 12 sheets filo pastry
- Canola cooking spray
- 1 cup tzatziki
- Mix together the chicken, Philly*, celery, capsicum, beans, coriander and tandoori paste until well combined.
- Separate the filo into 6 bundles of 2 sheets, spraying between the 2 sheets with spray oil.
- Cut each bundle into 3 along the length to form 18 strips.
- Spoon filling evenly onto the end of each strip and fold up to form triangles.
- Spray with oil and bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with tzatziki.
