Gluten-Free Almond Honey Bread
- 14 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 12 cup carbonated water, at room temperature
- 14 cup whole milk, also at room temperature
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 12 cup millet flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 12 cup tapioca flour
- 12 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon xanthan gum
- 2 14 teaspoons yeast (DO NOT MIX WITH DRY INGREDIENTS)
- For the bread machine:.
- All wet ingredients first.
- dry ingredients second.
- YEAST ON THE TOP - NOT MIXED inches.
