Haloumi and greens pasta

  1. saute onion, garlic and chilli with half the oil in frying pan.
  2. Meanwhile, cut broccoli into small florrets, cut asparagus into pieces roughly an inch in size, and chop haloumi into cubes.
  3. meanwhile boil stock in a separate pan and add pasta.
  4. add broccoli florrets and chopped asparagus to frying pan and fry for 5 mimutes.
  5. then add haloumi and fry for a furthur 5-10 minutes depending on personal taste
  6. when pasta cooked, drain and return to pan with olive oil.
  7. add veg, stir and serve.
