Tomatoes, Hummus, And Cannellini Beans
- 4 oz mixed salad greens
- 2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup canned cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
- Assemble all salad ingredients.
- Mix all dressing ingredients.
- Add to salad.
