Herbed Dijon Chicken Salad
- 28 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), cooked, cooled
- 1 qt. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1 qt. KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 qt. carrots, peeled, shredded
- 1 qt. celery, chopped
- 1 qt. green onions, sliced
- Shred chicken; set aside.
- Mix mustard, mayonnaise and parsley in large bowl until well blended.
- Add chicken, carrots, celery and onions; toss to coat.
