Grilled Skirt Steak With Coriander Garlic Sauce

  1. In a small bowl combine the coriander, the garlic paste, the pepperoncini, oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.
  2. On a plate rub the steak with about half the sauce and let it marinate at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the steak on rack set about 6 inches over coals for 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare meat, transfer to cutting board and cut it on the diagonal into thin slices.
  4. Serve the steak with remaining sauce. Serves two generously.
